Simplifying meal preparation when you travel-or at home.
Tonights meal is left over roast pork from the freezer, a few almonds for extra protein, as it wasn't a main meal size serve of meat. Mixture of fresh home-grown vegetables and frozen, a dash of dry sherry, pepper and parsley-easy, Delicious and nutritious portion controlled dinner.
Corn cooked in its husk and served with soft cheese.
