We might know how rainbows are made but they are still a thing of beauty, awe and wonder. If nature can create such beauty from rain and light, what dreams can we fulfill?
These photos taken out of my lounge room window.

I'm so pleased with myself. I've made physical health improvement this week, and emotionally I'm on a high—art is an addictive drug once you are hooked.
Today I used the grandpa weeder in the after-rain, wet ground to get a stack of broad leaf weeds out, then harvested vegetables from the garden and had the stamina left over to cook a delicious stir fry. I got away with doing more than usual, and I'm delighted. That's four days in a row I've got away with increased activity. I was right in thinking getting back into art full-time would be good for me.
I also did some more new art material and technique tutorials, and I'll free-lance paint and blog—ha ha, when I slow down I'm ready for a nanny nap. :-). Where is the coffee?
