The personal choice to not take osteoporosis drugs

Drug companies have cancelled every trial of osteoporosis drugs within two years, because it was too dangerous for the trial participants to continue. That does that tell you?

Has anyone here had the intravenous bone repairing injections?
I was advised to start having them soon but the potential side effects sound terrible.

I did the research and I refuse to have the treatment. I have doctors who insist I take it. Do not take any osteoporosis medication if you have hyperparathyroidism because the substance will be deposited in your soft tissues and not your bone.  Even aside from that I will not take a drug that reduces my risk of a hip fracture by 2% and increases my risk of cancer by 10%.
The world health organisation warns about the risk of taking that drug.
So more walking and strength training and healthier vegetarian meals to build bones. There are no side effects.

Everyone has to make their own decisions in regards to what medications to take. Don't be influenced by the fact that I will not take them.
There are two ways the drug industry treat osteoporosis One way is to stop the bones shedding the old worn out osteocosts. That keeps the osteoclasts in place in the bone, so the bone looks' to be dense on scans. But, it is just choked up with old worn out cells that nature would have cast off - that is not healthy bone and it increases the risk of sarcoma - bone cancer - the most painful cancer.

The second treatment is to add something to the bones instead of calcium, to make them appear to be denser, to build the thickness of the osteoblasts. The body can mistake many things as calcium, strontium 90, a byproduct of the nuclear testing is one of those things and is the reason leukemia is on the increase. So these foreign substances are put into your bones. Do your research. Yes, the bones 'look' to be 80 - 90 % stronger, but, do the statistics show that they break less? The statistics I read in August, the latest figures, said 2% less, cancer rates 10% higher, and a
NO WAY will I put artificial substance in my bones that has more negs than positives. If you take osteoporosis drugs, your bones are not rebuilt with calcium or normal bone when you take those drugs. Dense bone in a bone scan ins not stronger bone if that dense substance is more brittle and prone to break that real bone.
Do a lot of research on these drugs before deciding would be my advice.

WHO has instructed the drug company that makes that injection treatment for osteoporosis that in must place a warning notice beside the benefits of taking their drug, that their drug causes cancer.

True Natural Health Magazine subscription

‘True Natural Health' promotes lifestyle for the prevention of illness and premature ageing, recognising that prevention is far better than cure. The magazine explains how best to achieve genuine long-term health, using drug-free self-help methods as far as is practicable, so as to achieve greater enjoyment of life and peace of mind. The publisher, the Natural Health Society of Australia is not-for-profit and was established in 1960.

I personally will not take anything than stops my body shedding old worn out osteoclasts, as that is just asking them to become diseased and cancerous. The body sheds them for a reason.

I will not take any drug that puts a foreign substance into my bones, in place of natural material, because that too has never got past the two-year mark for being safe, in trial subjects. It does not matter what the drug is.

The drug treated bones will satisfy your doctor by appearing on scans to be stronger. Long term evidence has suggested that some treatments have made bones more brittle and break more often - those were on drugs that initially reported an 11% less risk of breakage. Now, they claim 2% less hip fracture.

If the drug industry was not so mighty and powerful they would be prosecuted for putting out such a dangerous treatment. I'm sorry. I do not have one good word to say about any drug osteoporosis treatment, and neither does the World Health Organization (WHO) the international watch dog on what drug companies are doing to build their fortunes. The drugs should have been scrapped when they provide too dangerous to continue the trials beyond 2 years.

I had best say no more. This is between you and your doctor. I will not take cholesterol lowering drug, Statins either. I have never been a 'yes' compliant patient.
This video was so much fun to make, I hope you enjoy it as much as Reg, the cats, Tabby and Valentine and I enjoyed making it. The cats have been using it for a few years now and it has made life easier for us humans. If you would like to know more about the amazing Litter-Robot III Open Air, its available in Australia.
